Moreover, these rolls do not have any additional preservative and hence i always end up buying it instead of baking at home.

Add all the spices to a tray and keep in the oven at the lowest setting for 30 mins. Take them out when you begin to smell them nice. Again cover them with a cling for 20 to 25 minutes until the dough doubles.

You can also use honey instead of sugar for the proofing of yeast. Mix in the hone in the warm milk and pour in to the flour mix. If you want some variation in your chutney, you can try adding 1 tsp of garam masala powder along with red chili powder. Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
